Your first mission, should you chose to accept, is to bridge a generation gap.

The first secret power of games is their ability to bridge generations together.

In which ever generation you fall into, purposefully seek out someone who is at least 2 generations difference in age, and simply ask them, “What game did you used to play when you were a child?”

Watch how their eyes light up in describing their childhood game, how animated and excited they get with smiles. Bonus points if you can dig it out of the closet and play it with them. Take note of the joy and memories they reveal to you in playing a friendly game.

I promise you, you will build a slightly deeper connection to that individual.
